As a Bensheim engineering office, we have been successful in structural planning and consulting for almost three decades. Our customers are primarily commercial and public clients, whom we advise holistically and interdisciplinarily. Our focus is on solid and steel structures for public and unique buildings.
The optimal structural design is the basis for every successful construction project. Together with the responsible architects, we plan technically and economically efficient structures. Ranging from residential and office buildings, administrative, school, engineering and industrial buildings as well as the renovation and conversion of pre-existing buildings. Here we take over the static calculations for all areas of building construction and civil engineering, physical evidence in heat and sound insulation as well as the safety and health protection coordination according to the construction site regulations. We are also familiar with special aspects such as monument protection of historical construction methods and materials.
Complex construction projects require important investment decisions which often need to occur before the actual construction planning. We advise you competently and independently in all questions regarding technical feasibility, approvability and evaluation of existing building integrity. We have particular expertise in failure analysis (damage history, responsibilities from a technical point of view, residual load-bearing capacity, etc.), probabilistics (determination of failure probabilities) as well as risk analysis and fully probabilistic optimization of structures. Our reports prepare all findings in an understandable manner and, if necessary, also in English.
What will the future of building bring? We are at the forefront when it comes to helping shape the buildings of the future. In addition to curiosity about technical innovations and research results, we are also active nationally and internationally in research, development and teaching. Our focus here is on specialist publications as well as research and lecturing activities in the areas of (probabilistic) risk, reliability and failure analysis for structural design in solid and steel construction, especially masonry construction.
As independent engineers, we are free from production, trade and delivery interests.
